• Exfoliate well and make sure your skin is free of moisturizer, perfume, and deodorant.
• Shave desired areas.
• Wear loose, dark clothing to wear home.
• Wear clear or colored nail polish on fingernails and toenails.
• Remove all jewelry.

Following your appointment:

• Do not bathe or shower for at least 8 hours.
• Do not sit on or wear light colored fabric.
• Wear loose fitting clothing and avoid wearing jewelry.
• Do not sweat or carry out any strenuous activities.
